Default Design of Z front bumper will be responsible for the extinction of many Insect speci

This is my first summer with the Z. One thing about it that I just can't believe is the amount of ****ing different bugs spattered all over the front bumper everytime I get back from a nice " taking the back road twisties of Southeast PA. " Its incredible , even after a short maybe 10 mile run, I have to break out the Z-8 spray to remove their exploded carcasses from all over the bumper. Its because even though most of the Z is curvy, the front bumper is relatively straight up and down and when you hit a bug at 80 mph, there's nowhere for it to go except straight into the paint. Some of this **** takes awhile to clean off, even with 20 coats of Zaino. I have never had this problem with the 94 Supra, I guess because the front really curves, the bugs hit it then fly up over the car. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else noticed this ?

You can't complain about bugs until you've lived in florida during "love bug" season...

The front bumper is built like a battering ram to kill insects and small animals.

I spray my car down at the local bear car wash over here every 3 days to keep it shiny. gotta make sure to get some of that bug stuff of in a decent manner cause they are acidic and with the sun roasting them on you bumper, it can take a long time to clean them or they may even leave a stain.

The front end deff does its part in killing bugs.
I quick wax my front end at least every drive. I usually do the whole car though since its never really too dirty and goes quick..
Sucks to have to do it though, but I learned if you let them sit, it breaks down in the paint and makes it alot harder to get off.

Bear Car Wash?? Is that the name of the car wash or is hitting bears that big of a problem in Seattle?

Try driving along the Mississippi River and you kill more than love bugs. I've killed plenty of bugs I've never even seen before lol

try driving through the louisiana swamps on I-10. I actually had a giant dragonfly that was about 8 inches long break the front grill on my last car.

make sure you keep the front waxed pretty good...it makes it alot easier to get them off(as long as you do it every few days)

Everytime I get back from another "bug run" I just use some quick detailer and get them off immediately....which if they are "fresh" is usually no problem but as others have said if you leave them on there then they become like concrete to get off.
