I can understand your frustration w/ your co-workers, but I've seen palm trees shed, and when they do theres's no time to do anything but get the hell outta the way. Know it's not much for consulation but, never park under any tree if possible, sap, leaves, branches, limbs, TREEEEE..........

 

Tv's in headrest..nice!! Let me know when you put tv's on visors, steering wheel. You should also replace your side mirrrors, and put tv's. Parking lot pimpin.

 

Ive parked there many times before. And its not directly under the tree. The mothern fuc*en mother nature just happen not to like me very much.

 

every time it gets windy i fear for my car.. my old half dead [but still very awesome] neighbor has the oldest and tallest palm tree on our street and that thing sheds like nobody's business.
never had a frond fall on my car yet but i KNOW it's just a matter of time.

what makes it worse is that there's a grip of the fronds stuck in OTHER trees, and of COURSE no one bothers to get them out.....so they can fall any time

I wish I was delusional enough to hold other people accountable for the safety my personal property. Sorry about your car though, that sucks.

 

If this had happened in the winter, you would get no sympathy from those of us up in the North shoveling snow and breaking ice. As it is, I for one, feel for you. I wouldn't change colors and I wouldn't park under trees with loose branches or that drip sap in the summer. Good luck with the repairs.

Sorry about your car! To be honest I never even thought about that happening. I have a black car as well and if something like that would happen to it I'd flip. Living in FL, it's definitely a probability so I'll be looking up when i park as well....
