Default CarSponsorships.com???

Has anyone heard or used this website? I saw it in Modified Mag and was wondering if it was legit or not.

when i had a 1996 Ford Explorer i got sponsored by them and got a lot of stuff half off so that was cool, the only drawback is you have to put the sticker that they send you where they tell you to put it, depending on who you get sponsored by

they'll get u sponsored. usually one full and one like partial. you get free stuff from the full and half off or w/e on the other. but the problem is you can't choose who or what type of company spongers you. for example you could get sponsored by a graphics company... most people don't like putting big flames on their car... but in order to progress w/ new sponsors you have to complete the other, and send pictures w/ the stuff on your car. so there's no way around it. the half sponsorship could be an audio company that you've never heard of like ridemyjansen said. so basically it's really not something that's very beneficial. I don’t blame you for your first reaction thinking it sounded good, cause that’s the way they make it seem, but it’s really not.

no, because then he will start another thread about how that site sucks and is a ripoff, which basically would be telling us something we have known on the forum since this place started. just like these other threads:

https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....ponsorship.com
https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....ponsorship.com

but then again, it would be kind of funny

If it's too good to be true, then it probably isn't...

I think that statement is VERY VERY relevant to this situation.

if you do get sponsored by them you'll end up ricing out your car or someone else's(selling parts you dont want), if you dont you get spammed big time, as me how i know

even with partial sponsorship, the "special" prices they give you are exactly the same prices on ebay new as well. Basically, they are just middleclass to low class brands that can't get their inventory sold so they sign up with carsponsorships.com.

I don't know who would do this. Like one of the above posts, your car ends up very ricey. Show me one car that looks good by them.

The only expensive thing they do is free airbrush by mike lavalley.

I'm sure everyone's right about this being a ripoff and everything but there's no reason to flame this guy. It's not unreasonable to think that if you have an already nice car that someone would want to use it for free marketing.... even reputable companies. I've heard of shops giving discounts for rocking there huge stickers on your front windshield and things like that.
