I was in your same position not too long ago but I found that it wasnt worth getting a used car when you can get a brand new car. You never know who drove that car and how they drove it.

STFU! You have no idea what you are talking about u fukin noob.. The rev-ups came with 300hp and 260ft/lbs. Non revups had less hp (287) but more tq(274). The HR's have both hp (306)and tq (268). They make 90% of the tq at 2krpm and hold that figure until 7k. 07's have the tq of non revups and the power of revups and is faster than both stock for stock. My 04 will smoke your 06 btw. OP- get an 07. Even though the hood is ugly IMO, the HR more than makes up for it. They are putting out great numbers stock and will run low 13s all day long.

You also need to increase the power of your '05 by about 30hp...

240lbs/30hp = 8lbs/1hp
Seems to make up for itself in the straights at least.

I picked them up from a member on here for $1800 w/ tires.
Buying them new from a dealer would cost you far more than $3600.

i think the 06 might be slower but 07's hood is ugly and u can make the 06 faster with mods. i dont think the little hp difference really matters stock for stock if u plan on modding.
