I was so excited when I found the exact model I want (navless db track w/ airbag) on nissanusa.com, so I call the dealer to find out how many miles are on it. The guy finally comes back and tells me 370! Thats about 360 more than I can accept so my search now continues...

 

But what if they gave you a huge discount? What would it take?

Sounds like it was a test drive *****. The dealer could (should) offer you a nice discount, but I still wouldn't take it. I imagine you, as well as I, would like to break in the car properly and make sure everything is alright.

Odds are it took some abuse as a test drive car, or the dealer manager or someone was driving it. It would be a tough choice if they discounted it, but still...

 

At least you'll be covered by the warranty for three years should you experience any problems.

 

My advice is to take the car, but get the dealer to throw in an extended warranty.

My Z had 231miles on it and I only took it because the dealer gave me a 48 / 60000 Nissan gold extended warranty. (At delivery I actually upgraded to a 60 / 75000 for the difference in dealer COST... ($154.00)
