Not sure you understand what I said. With ESCS active, and if you "lose it" (the car begins to rotate), your front wheels are already pointed to the direction you want to go. Counter-steering "screws things up" with ESCS active since ESCS will attempt to align the car with the direction of your front wheels (which are pointed where you want the car to go). The idea of "Two Pedals Down" is slowing the car while maintaining your original (and intentional) direction of travel.
