leaving car in garage
There shouldn't be anything wrong with it. The only thing that could be bad is the battery. If you leave it in the garage for too long, it could corrode and be defective. The engine also needs to be ran once and a while because the gears have a possibility of grinding if your car is in the garage for too long.
Hadn't driven or started mine in about month and the battery was drained, wouldn't crank. Was about to push start it when I remembered I've got a battery charger, lol.
That batterytender looks interesting.

I believe a Battery Tender is a device you connect to your battery and plug into the wall outlet to keep your car battery constantly fresh, especially if you don't drive your vehicle for a season or so.
I wonder how it affects the electric bill??? probably not too too bad...
I have one for my truck that also is portable and you can jumpstart your battery with it.

I use a Griot's Battery Manager Junior II hardwired onto my Z's battery for the winter and clamps (included) on my Jeep GC for maintenance. Its about $40 and keeps the battery at full charge but doesn't overcharge.
I have a number matching ss396 Camaro that sits in the garage every winter. I have not started it for up to 3 months at a time. I put a trickle charge on it and there is never a problem. I once let it sit for almost one year. I changed the oil, pulled the coil wire so I could turn it over to get minimal oil pressure and it started right up.
