My roomate in college had the same thing happen to him. Except he dragged the guy out (roomate drove a civic...hahah) and beat the crap out of him. No one saw so he just came back to our apartment. He came inside and said, "I just beat up this black dude who tried to jack my car." His knuckles were busted up and we're like...

Funny thing is that his car got jacked a year later...

 

i'd like to say i'd chase after him like the police....but who knows what i'd do in the heat of the moment.

 

Was just curious, not bashing. I've had numerous occasions where I pulled my weapon on a suspect, only to end up in a foot chase. I would tend to think a suspect would stop at the sight of a gun wielded by a citizen vs a police officer, as many of them know full well that an officer can't shoot in just about all property defense situations (there are some exceptions though).

 

Was he black by anychance? I ask this because our gym has a poster up for a guy who did CC fraud.

Man someone was on your side what timing any later and he would of been gone good job on trying to keep a guy twice your size restrained you must be pretty strong to tackle a 250lb+ guy good job man.

He was white. His mouth was bloodied up in the process. It all went so fast..when I took him down a few times his face might of hit the ground. He was a squirmy big fella.. I had a phone call in the middle of the night from this VINE automated victim service saying that he was released.. bastard better not flee before all the court stuff happens.
