i had a similar chase story as well without the GTA. i was with my girl watching tv late night and i heard a bunch of kids outside. than i heard a bang and my alarm went off. the kids scattered everywhere. this was in the middle of the winter and i was in shorts with not top or shoes. i flew down her stairs and chased after them. one kid was lagging prob not expecting someone to be chasing. right before i caught him i was conteplating absolutely crushing him full hockey check but laid off and just grabbed him by the back of the neck. he was on the phone and was scared sh*tless. he was like i gotta go i gotta go. i held him til the cops got there to check my car for damages. luckily there was nothing just kids doing bs stuff but i go thim to rat out all of his friends. funny stiry just thought i would share. sorry for thread jack a little.

how did your gf feel about all this and what you did?

 

I eat alot of chicken,fish, egg whites(protein), go-lean protein bars for breakfast, and post workout I have muscle milk protein shake and muscle milk light before I go to bed.i drink diet sodas..non sugar ones..try to stay away from carbs during the weekdays but have them on the weekends.only workout 3x/week and those are total body workouts in a circuit routine...3 exercises per bodypart.

 

My girlfriend said she felt scared that I was gonna get hurt somehow. she also said that she was very surprised to see me so mad and aggressive cause she's never seen me that way before. I'm actually a very patient tame guy. I've only got in one small scuffle when I was in elementary and really have never got into a fight before. I've really never been messed with. But when you mess with my Z...I'm gonna get pissed!
