Hey guys, thinking of paying 35k out the door for my Z.

These are some preliminary numbers:

Is offering 35K too low or is this too high, should I try to go with a lower offer?

To me it seems like a good deal if it's the car you want and it seems like a good deal to you. It's possible that, with a lot more work, checking around more, and sending out e-mails to dealers, you could get one cheaper. Also, you could wait until the '04's are coming out and maybe pick up an '03 cheaper, but then you'd have a year old car instead of a 1/2 year old car.

when exactly is the '04 coming out? I wonder if I should wait? Or maybe I can trade in the car, make a deal.....and pre-order an '04? The only reason I shouldnt wait and get an '03 is because i think I can get a better deal now that the dealers want to clear out their '03's........ also I need to do it before mid-june..... my CL is going to be discontinued, once the word is officially out.......prices on that will totally drop as well...........
