What to do??? Turbo the 03 or wait and get the 09 Z
I am sort of having a dilemma. Should I turbo my 03' 350Z or wait and get the 09' Z. Its a dilemma for me because ive been wanting to turbo my Z for a while and now I finally have the money, but now with the rumors of the 09' Z going to be the new remodeled one with the new motor I just dont know what to do. What do you think?????

I say you should go turbo and i hightly doubt they are going to be able to improve the looks of the z with the newer model. Plus cars get faster and faster each year just turbo your car and kill almost all the cars on the street. Who knows how much the newer z will be also that is just my opinion i think the 350z will have a timeless look.

i wouldn't plan the next 2 years of sitting around spending the saved money on other things on speculation of the '09 Z. By that point, you will be able to have your turbo'd Z upgraded even more (built internals, spray) and you will be able to toast the stock '09 Z when it comes out.

I save money for another Z, or a different car. If you turbo it, it will be a hard sell when it is time to, especially at dealership. Even if the next generation Z is not to your liking, you can alway go buy it before they completely restock with newer Zs. I'm saving my money to see what is next, a next generation Z would be awesome, but I'm open-minded with what is out there.

You will never be happy if you keep waiting, cause then what about after 2009? Turbo the 03 and then if you want to when the time comes buy an 09, that way you are not wasting two years.

The new Z will most probably not be boosted, so if you want boost, you will have to FI your current Z.
If the new Z has a stronger engine and smaller/lighter body, you might be able to take it on the drag strip with a boosted 03 Z, but maybe not on the track.

Keep the 03 stock, wait until we see what the new one looks like, and if it is more awesome, wait and trade in the 03 on it. If it sucks, trade the 03 in for an 08. That is, if you want to keep a Z.

My 03 is paid off.
The 09' that I would be buying would also be paid off when and if I was to get it. My concern more with the 09' isnt really the looks department its the motor. The new 3.7 liter HR thats in the G37 from the reveiws ive read everyone says that motor is awesome which Automobile dyno'd it at 287whp bone stock.
