Incident With Performance Nissan In Duarte

When I joined here last year the hyped was all about Performance Nissan....I drove about 20 miles to check out the "parts dept." and had a BAD experienced with a rude associate (forgot his name) so bad that I seriously wanted to smack the Hell of the guy. Business now a days are about "Customer Service" and that's why WCN FTW!

had similar incident
had similar problem with 'performance nissan' in WA.
after service they washed my car and left spotted marks all over my TE37.
i talked to service director and explain what happened but he said they are not going to pay for my wheel, or buy a new set of wheel. but end up they are paying for my wheel, and just got on new TE's today.
incident happened last wed, and it took me little over a week to get settle.

I have NEVER retaliated against there ill intentions towards us, EVER. You're right, WCN did contact us, as a matter of fact, someone over there contacted me directly, not anyone above me. Whether my posts turned against my favor or not, the truth has to be spoken and I haven't even revealed 1% of the truth. Have you even questioned why the GM of WCN suddenly responded to my post? This story between PN and WCN goes much deeper than what all of you think and we are getting the short end of the stick.

wow this thread went from rim scratching to dealership war... we all have the same passion for the Z, lets put this crap behind us. i bought my Z from performance in dec. 05 and i have had my car serviced at WCN.. both dealerships have shown me exceptional service. no hating!!!!
