Don't get me started on the inside of the Z with it's bouncing/rattling cubby hole and center console, giant, gaudy steering wheel, broke dick passenger side window motor and garbage seats... it ain't no ****ing luxury car by any means. Neither is the Evo. The interiors of both serve a purpose, and that purpose is NOT luxury, nor should it be.
fast kiwi and z stud, you need to get your facts straight regarding the Evo.
People don't like the way it looks? Fine with me, your opinion. But don't spread misinfo about the car in your process of saying how fugly it is.

* Type R or GTR emblem on anything but an Integra Type R or Skyline GTR (idiots)
* Aluminum wings (I'm sorry.. tacky ***)
* Altezzas (I think these started it all)
* Fart can (with stock everything else)
* Un-painted body kit (cheap asses or stolen)
* Painted interior pieces (yellow is especially gay)

The problem here is the definition of "rice"
Not everyone is on the same page. The older generation it's any vehicle from China/Japan/Korea. The younger generation it varies, the wife who is 29 thought it was the sound of the car (fart can; lawnmower sound). A friend of ours said it was any foreign car. My boss calls my z a crotch rocket, weird huh... What I am saying is you have to find out their definition of rice before you freak out about it because most people are on another planet to begin with!

Premium grade rice or not rice, it still sh*** all over most cars on the road. So I really wouldn't care if anyone called my 350z rice. To me a riced up car is anything that has tasteless/useless modifications. Basically anything Spo-com style. Vip-style has parts that aren't useful for performance yes, but they are definitely not tasteless.

No it's not rice in stock form.
Personally I'm getting tired of seeing and hearing the word rice. The word now is overused just like "extrene" was back in the late 90's.

Anything can be riced, and / or rice if the ricing process is initiated. Personally, when I see a '94 Maxima with R32 GT-R taillights, THAT'S RICE. Then again, when I see a Corvette C4 with a carbon fiber spoiler, THAT'S RICE TOO. American Rice. The Z is, and always has been a true sports car. Oh, and just something I'd like to point out, some of us like to generalize certain cars as being rice no matter what. No matter what it is, it's got a bunch of enthusiasts just like us. The other day I saw a Ford Probe, with Racing Hart wheels and a brand new paint job. It looked absolutely immaculate. Given, it was a probe. But, he's tasteful in what he does to it.

Please tell me how any car, when stock, is rice? And I know the reason behind the RSX running joke on this site (and I think it's pretty damn funny), but I fail to see why there's so much Honda hate here. We're all enthusiasts... can't we just get along?
