I would shoot the sales manager at my dealership~!!

They have totally screwed me over. You see when i picked up my z the paint was gos awfull...over 15 scratches. Anyways they promised to buff them and they did alright. THEY BURNT RIGHT TROUGH THE CLEAR ON THE HOOD!!!!


A repaint was obviously needed but their body shop as well as some service bays were being renovated and they could not do it for at least a month. They did however offer to reimburse me if i wished to take to another dealership and have it done right away! Well gues what? They no longer want to pay since their selective memories seem to remember it not being so bad!!! Small claims court here I come....think Nissan would like to know or they simply will not care???

 

Definatly lodge a complaint with NNA. They have bene helpful in some cases by putting pressure on dealers. Can't say it will help in your case, but it can't hert, and it will provide better documentation for your claim if it comes to that.
