i agree ill have straight summer tires on mine and driving it all winter except for the 3 times it might snow lol. I suggest change oil, cover, and start it up at least once a month and let it warm up to coat all mech.

Screw storing it. I bought this car to enjoy it 24/7. Nothing can put a smile on my face like this car can. I'm ready for the winter. Installing my new Michelin Pilot Sports A/S tomorrow, getting Dunlop M3 snow shoes in November.

I hate winter... Unfortunately, my Z will have to tough out the snow. This is my first year with it, and the Z is my only vehicle. Stupid? Yes. Worth it? Also yes. Ah, well. It'll be better than my last one - a Ford F150 that was rear wheel drive. Man, that thing spun them like no tomorrow. Now, I've got traction control. 8)

before you put it in storage make sure you dont have a lot of gas in the tank, but for what you do leave in the tank put fuel stabilizer. fuel brakes down over time so once you do get ready to start driving it you will have mostly fresh fuel .

I.....
-change the wheels to my stockers
- wash, wax and detail it
- change the oil
- Full tank of gas and add stabilizer
- disconnect the battery
- put the car cover on
- reconnect the battery, and start it up every 6 weeks or so. Let it run at operating temp for 10 minutes, then shut it down. Disconnect battery, and cover it again.

Do yourself a favor and get snow tires. And if you don't, don't be surprised when you wreck.
