Also, there are people out there like me that when they see someone do some stupid chickensh1t thing like you just did, even if they had no prior involvement with it, will confront you face to face. They will take your license number and possibly even block you in until the police or security get there. For me, I have insurance so you take the next ***** move and try to force your way out I am not too worried about it. Other people feel the same way. If you want to make it physical, well, you can add that to the charges as well, and most likely add a few nights in the hospital or maybe worse. I hope you run into someone like that someday soon that puts you in your place and teaches you never to do that again because unlike the guy that more than likely accidently hit you, you did yours with intent. As if stands right now you are just a drain on society.

I would think as well that from the responses over the 8 pages you would have figured out that you are wrong in this, yet your are too stupid too figure it out and still think you are right (along with your other 2 supporters.)

If you get hit in a parking lot depending on your city, the insurance can only fight the other guys insurance, the cops don't get involved since its private property.

That is different, if they damage your property and you are certain about it...and they refuse to take resposibility....sure, get even. There probably isn't a way to get the law involved that will benefit you anyhow. I am a pretty big beliver in karma, so i'm not sure if i would take action, i would just take it out on some paper down at the gun range later. Take a picture of the guy or his car and shoot it up...it's fun.

Someone vandalizes your ride and you have them caught but don't feel like "dealing" with their insurance so you just let it go by slashing their tires and then post on the Internet that you committed a crime.
