Default my dealership

so some of you know we had a thread about axle clicking and dealerships and them sucking, running us around and what not. well today i just got my z back.

after i went in and they charged me 46$ to look at it and say, yep your axles click. they then told me it was not covered. i called nissian usa i called the service manager i called the store manager.

after all is said and done my mother went in to get her new breaks, new roaters, and 4 wheel alignment done ***side note at the end*** they talk to her and because all 3 of our z's come here they wanted me to bring mine back in for the service, basically the manager told me they tried to get nissian to cover it under warenty and they would not.

then he tried to get me new axles but mine were in perfect condition, so basically he said they just covered it in house and didn't charge me at all, they also did a 4 wheel alignment for me to cover the 46$ they took before because i would have taken 3 weeks for me to get a check back.

over all i am pretty happy with my dealer and they won me back with good service making sure i was happy

*****side note****

my mothers z went in about 4 weeks ago to our local Firestone (told them not to) got 4 new tires, well when they got her breaks done they called and said that one of the rear tires was put on the front and the front tire that was in the rear was going in the wrong direction, needless to say Firestone paid our dealer to fix them.

I can understand the $46 diagnostics charge.

Too many owners with frivolous complaints. And to check a complaint costs the service department time and money. Happy to hear that the situation worked out satisfactorily.
