i also get this. It got worse with the test pipes because there were heat shields around the original cats.

07 magnetic BLACK here, I also live in sunny cali. I expect heat and sweat where ever I drive. Roll your windows down or turn on your A/C. I don't really pay any attention on temperature towards the passenger side. I do notice that the air vent's blow out warm air even if the fan is off. Feels normal to me.

I also have the problem. Kinda sad, I want my windows down to hear the exhaust but the cabin gets too hot. Or I can roll up the wondows and use AC but thats boring. Or I can have windows down and blast AC but Im asian, and Im cheap.

What's the outside temp like there Kham25? I live in Hawaii and maybe cause it's always warm here none of my passengers or myself feel that extra warmth from the inside. I'm not saying it's not present cause i'm sure it is (to some extent) but nothing really noticeable. 07 FTW

I notice it a little bit, though I like driving with my windows down regardless of our 80+ temps and humidity. I actually felt it more in my 98 Prelude than in my Z though. I'll pay attention on the afternoon commute and see if the hot air issue is present.

The 350Z is one hot car. If you are comfortable at 70 degrees, and it is 60 degrees outside, just roll up the windows. It will soon reach 70 degrees inside.

i wouldn't say its hot but sometimes uncomfortably warm if its your bare foot. My girlfriend and my girlfriends sister(her boyfriend has a Z also) complain about it all the time.

The only thing I notice in mine is that the vents will discharge some hot air when the ac isnt on. In the summer I usally keep the a/c on real low even if it isnt too hot out. But never any complaints from passengers about floor heat. Are your dials for where the air comes from set to the floor? Maybe ur problem.
