Like the thread says, list how your PERSONAL friend's cars are riced out but they're too stubborn to see it that way.

Friend: You should put nismo stickers on your car.
Me: I don't have anything nismo...
Friend: It's ok, it's a nissan. You can put nismo on it all you want.

Lol i don't know if that's rice but just thought it was kinda funny . This friend also has a prelude with a fart can exhaust which is LOUDER (but not a good deep loud) than my brother's rsr's on his g35. and those are pretty loud and deep, altezza lights, and random stickers of brands he doesn't even have on his car on his window..
input anything to that effect if you want.

I hate my friends.

- They tell you for 2 ****in years to get "rims man".

- When you get headers, they "wanna see 'em", and its "ghey" cuz you can't see them.

- My exhaust tips stock were too small

- My intake isn't "Cold air"

- I need a body kit

- I need window tint

- Why listen to music in your car if you don't have subs

- They think turbo is a $100 piece you pick up from autozone, and wonder "why you didn't turbo it already"

- I should get a short shifter

bummer...you guys need new friends lol.

not gonna lie, my friend wanted me to get underglows, lambo doors..and *wait for it* a GTR badge. man. i didnt know what to say..i was.....flabbergasted.

 

- when they ask me if i have any spare "ebay parts" that they can have to put on their car. lol does it look like i use any ebay parts!?

- when they keep asking me if a turbonator is good for their civics. -_-

You know your friends are ricers when they do anything to their cars that has no functional purpose whatsoever. That's definition of rice

Luckly, I have no ricer friends. And if I ever came close to doing something to my car that had a whif of rice to it, the ridicule would be too much to bare. Not to say that there's a shortage of ricers in my area. Plenty of entertainment around here to go around.

Not trying to derail the topic but...what the hell are ebay parts? does ebay have a brand now?

I'm not being a smartass here, just never heard of ebay parts and am curious as to what you guys are referencing.

 

Not to sway away from the "ricer" topic,,,but I hate "suppose to be friends" who always point out everything about your car. For instance,,,I got the base Z. I drive it maybe every other weekend,,,just a play, weekend car....
Friends say,,,why didnt you get leather seats?,,,why didnt you get cruise control?,,,are you going to get rims?,,,,,are you going to lower it?,,,Stuff like that. Of course, my response is,,,its a weekend play car,,,never cared for leather,,,and I am not into PIMP my ride....Also I say,,,,I am an 36yr old Accountant,,,my money goes into investments and retirement....

Anyway,,sorry to rant,,,,just needed to see if anyone else ever experiences this type of behavior?

Ah, that aint cool, I had an RSX-S, lol. There's worse out there, civics, etc.

But back on topic, my favorite part is the fact that someone with a pos ricer points out every flaw in your 350z. I mean, who gives a **** if it doesn't have leather, it's still a badass car.

 

really, ricers ask why you dont have leather?

almost no one in my town that has a z has leather.... common sense says leather is uncomfortable in heat or cold for a few good and painful minutes.... which for me doesnt justify the $4,800 difference from a base and a touring just to get leather.... if i want leather seats i'll go talk to my upholsterer friend who will do it for about $600 for everything with real italian leather, not that fake @$$ vinyl

over here we try to keep ricers isolated from the rest of the scene, which has been successful.
whenever they show up we just tell them to leave us alone, no burnouts, no showing off, no loud music.... and they just go "so it's like that?" which they end up leaving our hang out spot

 

You know your friends are rice when their car is 3x as loud as your Z and 4x as bright, but you still beat them in your DD sedan.
