check your local laws. In some jurisdictions it is illegal to drive with missing body panels.

in cali its highly illegal and probably in most states as well, safery issue when there is no bumper to lessen impacts.

For a day or two you would probably be fine, just avoid bugs and accidents

and btw why are you doing this?

Just be sure to watch your car. The headlights might disappear. (the hood can be popped with the bumper off, access to all bracket necessary.

Also, remove any lose foam off the actual metal bumper.

and i dont think he's kidding. You park those '07 lights down around my area, and they wont be there a few hours later. It would take all of 5 minutes to get both of them with the bumper already off.

In Florida you dont need a bumper to drive around, but most other states will write you a citation for it. Either way, it is "safe" unless you get into a front end collision, in that case you might get a face to face interaction with your firewall.

Should be fine as long as your not talking about the alum bumper. Just removing the cover is fine , it doesnt do much in a wreck.

get it towed, do you have Triple A (AAA)? Did you go through your or someone eles's insurance? can you get a rental? Do you know someone that has AAA? if so, they can get it towed for free as long as they act like they are a passenger in your vehicle.
