Default Has VDC changed for 2008?

One of my coworkers said that the new G37 and I'm assuming 2008 350Z were compared to the BMW 335 and the VDC was better than thier dynamic control system...i have trouble believing that leap since my Z has the most god awful VDC i've ever felt. I've pushed a few 3 series and their dynamic control system isn't even noticable...while my Z feels like it's going into spasms with fuel cut off and irratic braking...anyone have any no kidding experience or write ups?

The official line has been "no changes for 2008", so that probably means that it's the same VDC as 03-07.

Feel free to scan through this thread for any VDC related news...
