Default 2007 Z Clicking noise??

I have searched on all threads for this and have found that it refers to models 03-04 service bulletin TSB 04-065 - Suspension Clicking Noise From Rear Axle

I have an 07 with no mods and just today noticed the "clicking noise" refered to by this bulletin. I would have assumed that nissan would have corrected this by now! Anyone else with an 07 have this same issue and can it be confirmed that 03-04 click is the same as what I am getting.

I am sched. an appt with my nissan dealership for next week.

Thanks in advance for any advise.

its axle clicking. take it back to nissa and see if they replace t. this was common for older z's. also 07 clutches get stuck i hear. upgrade those if you track or drive aggressively

Yikes, having to deal with Nissan service departments is a miserable experience, good luck.

I have a 2005 35th and I have the same clicking noise. It's been around for the past 3 months and I have finally decided to fix it. Brought it into Village Nissan at Kennedy/Hwy 7 in Toronto/GTA (highly recommended Nissan dealership for service; honest advice and honest prices). They said TSB NTB04-065b applies after test driving my car. The service manager said the bolts are 'dry' and need lubrication and the kit from Nissan just replaces the bolts/washers that are dry with new ones but this time with lubrication. Will take 2-3 hours to fix at no cost. I'll update if this tsb does the fix once the parts are in and the replacement is done.

I just picked up my car after Village Nissan performed the TSB . No more embarassing clicking noise from a dead stop or at slow speeds......the only sound is the sweet sound of the exhaust. If anything changes, I will update. If you have any clicking noise from a dead stop (I thought at first it was from the transmission until reading the posts), take it in and get the TSB done for free.
