06 Enthusiast right under 16k miles...so far so good! However I did flush and replace my radiator fluid when I installed my MD spacer, and I'll be draining and replacing the gear and diff fluid this weekend with Motul Gear 300

Actually, I think there was a thread asking the same question 4 or 5 months ago. But anyway, here is my history:

2003 350Z Performance model with 33K

-Front tires replaced under warranty at 15K due to alignment/tire feathering problem

-Transmission replaced at 29K under warranty due to synchromesh/grinding problem

-Rear hatch springs

Replaced shortblock at about 8,000 miles or something.

E-brake cable broke when car was about 7 months old. Actually happend right after the shortblock swap. Had the car in the shop for a week for that one.

Had a gasket on the Nismo exhuast crap out 5 or 6 times in about 18 months but I don't think it is a Nismo issue.

Does sh!tty paint count? probably not.

2004 enthusist 37,000 miles bought it a couple of months ago. Just replaced passenger window motor today took me 2 1/2 hours. When I took the door panel off it looked like someone else was in there before me (missing bolts). How often do these things go out?

Ill go first

New tranny, both window motors, 3 new headunits before going aftermarket, and tranny with clutch and flywheel. Fairly typical for the Z I think but I was wondering how bad it can get
tranny/clutch disk
tires
brake pads
deck
antenna (s2k)

2003 Performance around 45K, just purchased three months ago, but the tranny was replaced before that. Just lifted it yesterday and saw that. Its an 009 tranny (believe the ones that go in the 05, 06 z's) are these more reliable?

04 tranny rebuild at 21000 miles. Had no warranty do to mods. So I had to take it up the @$$. Oh yea. At first Nissan said they would warranty it, then they changed there minds on the day of the tranny replacement. So i took it somewhere else.

'03 Performance - 58,000 miles. One window motor, one relay for the gas hatch opening, front tires once at 8000 miles due to the feathering (denied a 2nd set at 18,000) and back hatch shocks. Fuel filler hose due to recall. No complaints except the feathering issues.
