Congrats, you will likely find this forum much more fun than E46. I expect to see your getting used to the car stock. Especially since no worthwhile mods are really out other than gears.

Mine reads 20/27 and I thought it seemed REALLY high for some reason. I can't stretch 27 on the highway unless I go under 60

My point (and I'm actually wondering if there would be a possibility for repercussions because of this) is that I cross shopped other cars, and one of the reasons I picked the Z was based on it having better gas mileage (ratings). Because they switched motors YET failed to update the EPA ratings I was mislead by 3 mpg. I drive 15,000 miles per year.....Thats $350 more a year in gas, which does add up. Its a grand over 3 years. I was comparing ownership costs of cars, and being a student planning to own the car for 3 years, the extra cost means I have less money for other things....
It just frustrating they'd basically lie about the fuel economy rather than post "not yet tested"
