Default driving a Z in Massachusetts!

Will I shoot myself for buying one in new england and driving it year round? Let me know. I have a driveway, but not garage, and I have a car cover.

Don't know... do you have a gun? Because if you did, I could see it happening. If not, it would have to be a pre-meditated suicide... and I don't know if you'd follow through with the purchase of a gun, the wait for a license... then the suicide. No, you seem to be more the "instant gratification" type.

Yeah man I'm in the same boat, but it might be cheaper/safer to get a beater. A buddy of mine has an 03 track and I asked him how he drives his Z in the snow, he replied "Very slowly". Not sure if I should get snow tires or just get a beater still haven't decided.

i drive mine in NH all year round. Done it for 2 years with no problems. During the winter you will ABSOLUTELY need a set of winter tires like Blizzaks or something or else your car isn't even moving. The car can definately be driven in the snow, just realize you WILL be the slowest car on the planet during a snow storm.

Well if I don't get a Z, wtf do I get? I really don't like the new G at all. I love the new Lexus IS350, but kinda pricey.

any FWD car would be good enough. Or you can never go wrong with an Evo/Sti.

Then buy a Z and get a beater. If you make a trade-offf because of winter, you'll never be happy. And btw, if you really want winter tires, these are what you want, not ******* Blizzaks: http://kaltire.com/retail/tires/deta...pe=PW&cat=PASS

I wouldn't (drive it in weather) and I do have a garage, but that's just me.

Good luck.

Getting a Z is fine. I agree with Tubbs, you need a winter/bad weather $500 beater. A beater is better investment than snow tires.

Even if you get good snow tires and are able to drive it in bad weather, do you want to take the chance of some idiot hitting you? You might control your car, but you can't control idiots in bad weather.

BUY A BEATER.

Good luck............
