Default Clear bra Inquiry

I was just curious about putting a clear bra on my car. However I hear some bad stuff about it. Yeah it will protect your paintjob. But I read somewhere that sometimes you can get a hole in the clear bra and water will get trapped inside the hole, and this will damage the paint/create rust spots. Anyone have this problem? I am in the northeast so I get my share of rain. And also how easy is it to put on or take off? Will I see where the clear bra is applied or is it truely invisible?

I hate clear bra stuff. I tried once and removed from all the car right away. Dust sticks and looks bad.

My wife has a clear bra (hood, lights, front bumper) on a 2002 Audi a4 atlas gray (maybe close to siverstone in color). We love it. It is nearly invisible (from a distance). This is the first thing I'm going to do to my Z. Estimated cost should be around $550 or so.

I tried it on my 360 spyder but I am just picky to hate it. It's ok for the color has less contrast compared to dusts, but lighter your body is, worse it looks.

The worst one I saw is, Clear Bra on Yellow 550. You see the dust mustache on one of the most beautiful car. And the owner told me it's only few days since he had washed his car.

And also, if you love gloss on your body with reflections, this film kills it too. I love black cars and gloss and glitters on the surface is critical and sensitive. It has been months since I quit clear bra and had my guys do some research, then I finally decided to import some new sealant technology for my own cars, then somhow it bacame one of my biz..... I just don't bring the name up this time because I don't want you guys to think I am selling it here...... Anyway, I don't recommend it for brighter color. However, if you don't care, it's cool

No saran wrap for me. Even if it protects the finish, it will pit with small pebbles ... so what you end up with is no paint chips, but a clear coating with pit marks. No thanks.
