I was wondering how many on the board have preordered, and of those how many are still picking theirs up. Also, is anyone on the waiting list there?

 

I'm #8 on the wait list at Cerritos. IcyBlue is also on the wait list, #1or2 I believe. Veronica, the lady handling all the 350Z orders, told me 2 weeks ago there have been 2 preorder cancels, both Silverstone. Delivery is on schedule she says.

I'll be at the Fudruckers meeting this Thursday with my trusty digital camera, and maybe stop by Cerritos to check on the status of the Z's.

 

Yeah, I'm number 3 with deposit, I'm hoping that I can get one of the silver enth. as that is exactly the car I want. I talked to someone today who said that while 2 people def. cancled already, there are prob. going to be more avail. There better be three! Cause I HAVE to sell my car in the next two months and HAVE to buy a new one by then, it would suck to not get a Z and have to settle for another car. I'm just trying to figure out if any of the other pre-orders are here on the forum and if they may cancel.

didn't order from cerritos but was wondering if the dealer have given you guys any estimated date for delivery...i ordered from douglas nissan of Orange and the dealer called on 8/5 telling me the expected delivery date for my Z is next Thursday 8/15...i ordered on 1/16...thought maybe your dealer might have called you guys...cause if they did then maybe this eta of 8/15 might be true...this is based on the proximity of the dealers...

 

I did get an answer that they thought it would be in the next couple weeks, and I saw a Silver 350Z driving around Hollywood today...methinks its a good sign.

 

I ordered a Silverstone, touring, 6-spd from Cerritos on Apr 3. Should be in by late September. I think I was in the 20's or 30's in terms of their pre-orders.

You both can be number 3...actually it doesn't matter, as the car comes to dealer, it will be quite a few at the same time.. You will just have to pay first

 

I dont think so. They will call each person in order, asking them if they would like one of the cars available. You either pick or they call the next person on the list.

I have confirmed thrice that I'm the third in line as far as deposits go for canceled pre-orders, but you can very easily be two or four... anyway it doesn't sound like it will be a problem, according to Cerritos.
