I'm driving down the street, a female cop behind me. I turn left, her behind me. I accelerate normally through the turn. I was at about 35 mph when she shifts lanes and pulls up next to me to tell me to slow down. I laugh and she gets pissed. She pulls behind me and flashes lights. I stop, she walks over and starts asking "what the hell is so funny?". I told her, "You tell me to slow down but you sped up faster than me, to tell me to slow down. I thought it was funny." She asks for my license and asks about my Blue Line decal. I told her I was military and she yells "slow down or I'll give you a ticket next time. I drive off, her behind me. She then blows by me at over 50mph in a 30mph residential area.
I guess cops hate the Z...........

 

2 years now with the Z.. never been pulled over...you laughed at a cop...duh, no wonder she stopped you..a female cop at that...lucky you were in the military or may have been ticketed....

 

I think most like them...but you just pissed her off

 

... cops are a necessary evil, im glad there around, but f*ck 99% are assh*les.. i know ill get some disagreements, especially if there are any on here, but here in phoenix, ive met only 2 nice cops, out of hundreds, and i always try to be nice, i find it rediculous to be rude to some one who you do not know.. my experiance with them so far, they are arrogant as hell, i would love to beat the sh*t out of one who deserved it, but i enjoy not being locked up

I have been pulled over once for expired registration, but that was when I first got the car and I had the paper work so they let me go.

 

you should have asked her out...that would put a spin on things...did that once..the female officer blushed, did not say a word and walked off..by the way ,this one was hot...so so..maybe not that hot...so so

I used to get a ton of negative cop attention with my WRX with thew Z I haven't really had any.

 

I really wasn't speeding. Maybe 33mph or something. I was listening to reagae, I drive slow when I do. But I just had to laugh, she literally hauled *** to catch up because when I turned a car was coming so she had to wait a good 5 secs before she could turn behind me.

Cop was a K-U-N-T!!!!!

 

Maybe it was just the attitude she didn't like?

In most cases it isn't the Car , so Must be the Attitude .. Who Knows if You Sweet talked her about your car might have even scored .
cops drive by when i'm washing the car out front, and have stop to ask about the car ect ..not a big deal ...

 

pure jealousy. A cop pulled me over one time already told me that. he said, when he was my age, he had a 198-something honda and i should as well. At least he was honest.

 

If he wasn't a cop im sure you would have told him where to shove it.

 

Kind of an odd thing I've noticed with my new Z. If I'm the first car at a stop light 99.9% of the time I pull away from all the other cars even though I'm not accelerating hard or speeding. I notice this especially on a stretch of 50 MPH 4 lane road that has 4 stoplights between where I live and town. I guess to a cop going the other way or further back in line it would appear that I'm going pretty fast when in fact I'm not.

 

classic "do as I say not as I do attitude" of most cops. Karma's a beeeeotch though.
