Bye bye baby.
Las Saturday I sold my Z.
I ordered it in January 2002, right next day after I saw it at the Detroit auto show.It was delivered in August 2002. One of the very first Zs in US. Ever since than it was my everyday driver. Summer and winter. Heat or snow. Rain or shine. It had 91 000 miles last Saturday. And I never had any single technical problem with it. What a car.
I often had to bumper-plow my driveway in winter, and sometimes my way home from the office. So the front of it wasn't looking too sharp. But it still felt good after all those 90K miles. I still had compliments regularly.
Well. Now I've seen GTR. Knowing that I won't be able to buy it while I have my Z, I made a quick decision and traded in my Z for a true winter car (with some spark). This way, when GTR will come out I'll be all ready for it. May be in a year. May be in two. I already miss my Z, as my new "sport tunded Bilstein suspention" is not far from driving a Lincoln compared to Z.
But no need to cry. Life is just starting. The awaiting of pleasure is a pleasure by itself.
Here's couple pics of my Z from this summer:

And something that purrs in my driveway now:

And I kept the license plate: ZE ONE
