Did Cobra have rails for the Z or did you all need to make some custom?

is it that you just painted it black? is it sometype of anti-chip paint or something?

so funny you emntioned it, we smacked up the front, and ordered a replacment bumber unpainted till our carbon fiber bumber comes in, we drove around for a few days this way and the public loved the " tricked out bumper" hehe...so we kept it unpainted..that's no secret.. just an unpainted OEM Z bumper//

I have read threads from people doing stereo installs where they have started the car while the seats were out and the electronics are unplugged. This caused a check engine light (or something similar).
How do you install aftermarket seats without causing a fault being generated? Also is anything disabled (like airbags) when the factory seats are replaced. I really want aftermarket seats, but reading about the erros codes being generated scared me away.
Thanks.
