my CS Track arrived! :)
Finally took posession of a new CS Track (all options except nav) today!
It didn't take very long to get accustomed to the car. Its certainly fun to drive and does remind me of my old 240z to some extent. I was told that the break-in period was only 1000 mi (true ?). That won't be too hard to deal with.
I noticed that there are a few problems for the dealer. Front interior lights do not work and the drivers kick plate is cracked. They promised to take care of these issues right away. I also noticed I have the window streaking issue. Is that worth having them look at also ?
The car was in the showroom until today and had 4 miles on it when I picked it up. It has not even seen rain. Got my garage cleaned out this afternoon before tomorrows rain!
Now, gotta get some Zaino, plate holders, and a smaller antenna right away.
Oh yeah the delaer threw in 3m clear bra (already on it) and wheel locks to close the deal also.
All in all, I'm a happy camper!
About the only thing I don't like about the car is the attention is draws. Will post some pics soon.

You can see the line up close but its not very noticeable at all. At least not on the CS. I've seen it on a Porsche Boxster and it was much more noticeable on that car.
Its very worthwhile in my opinion.
I don't know if that helps much but ...

I'd live with the grease streak. There is to much of a chance the dealer may break or poorly reinstall the door panel. I haven't noticed the streak on my track. My serial number is 16xxx so I might be one of the lucky ones that had it resolved at the factory.
dh1111 have you seen the post for July 12 at limerock? Since you are now a proud owner we would like you to join us if you can.
Look under north east regional forum for the July 12th limerock event. We are getting people from all over New England, NY, and NJ for this event and we are up to about 36 cars.
This would be a great time for you to see people that post here and find out information that you may not already know about your car.

yeah, grining ear to ear
I did a great deal of searching and negotiating from MA to CT and NY. Was going to hold out for a redline but decided to be more conservative and go with the CS... in the end got a good deal right around the corner at Glick. They have been great.

Hey we'll see on the limerock trip, travelling around that time but if I'm back maybe - thanks for the invite in any case though. Sounds like fun.
