Thats weird how is that when my made date is Dec/03? Unless they did it early on?

You have to remember that the production of the 04 cars started at the end of summer so they had a few months of 04 production before swapping over to the 2004.5s. My 04.5 was made in December. Around the first of the year is when production moved from Oppama to Tochigi.

I have a 04.5 and the clutch and tranny are different..also some things like the wideband O2 sensors.

The clutches and trannies are different? Is it just the revised tranny?

If so, it's good to have. My father had a 2003 for a while. I don't live near him, so I only drove the car a few times. The first time the clack-clack-clack of the passenger seatbelt buckle against the B-pillar nearly drove me nuts.

He had some trick for keeping it from doing this, don't remember what it was now. But a retainer would have been nice.
