depending if anyone was ticketed at the scene will make a difference on how your insurance is filed. If she was ticketed, contact your insurance company give them the case ID # on your copy of the ticket. Once that occurs they will advise you with who and when you can have your car appraised. if she was ticketed you WONT have to pay your deductible, but if you just exchanged info and went on your way then you will have to pay your deductible just as if you ran into a tree. Good luck with things, worse thing about it all is your car will have a salvage title now if you need to claim it on the accident report.
