Someone back out of a pre-order slot, and the dealer was able to give me the slot. According to the dealer's list, the car is a Performance 6sp. Black/with Blk L interior, with an order # T308485, built in 08/02 and deliver on 10/02. (see below )

The dealer told me that it is a Blk Leather interior. Is it possible that for Preorder vehicle, you can custom order the Performance with Leather interior ?

Is it the same case with Frost Leather ? which you can only order during the Preorder? Because I have seen some ppl on the same list that order a Silver with Frost leather.....

 

Perhaps it's a Touring with a 6 speed manual transmission? That would explain the leather and it includes the Performance package.

 

Doesn't make any sense. The Performance model only comes with "charcoal" fabric interior seats, according to the Nissan Driven web site. Their is no "black" color in name. Performance does not come with leather as an option.

 

No, Performance model cannot be preordered with leather. I called my dealer about after market leather for my 350Z in Super black. He said it will not be available for at least two months after deliveries begin. Also checked with Classic Soft Trim and they said the leather package for the 350Z is not available at this time.
