wow, ugliest sotck looking z ever. That makes a normal zr look good.

props on the custom work though, surprised the owner didnt get a targa top instead.

 

the top looks like the old fast back top on my Jeep i had in high school..

 

Money would have been better spent if it was a targa top.

I actually...don't hate it. At all.

It looks miles better than the actual Z-roadster, since it follows the lines properly.

 

must be the only one theyve ever had. I think i remember that car from pics back in 03. Some rich jerk probably couldn't wait til the roadsters came out

youd have to be a fool to buy that car.

 

Scott Storch pulled that on a lambo. Spent like 200K doing it too just so they could have it 6 months before the convertable from the factory came out.

Im sure that is why they are wanting to dump it so quick..

 

Nissan put a lot of extras in the ZR body to keep from flexing and added weights front and rear for balance. The roof on the coupe is what keeps it from flexing. If all they did is cut the top off, this could be dangerous to drive.

 

If I had never seen an actual ZR I would think that the car is alright but compared to what we have that convertible does not look anywhere near as good as the real ZR.

 

I doubt they would have done a lot to the structure of the car to compensate for having no roof. I wonder if the doors even close properly.

Wow, looks 10x better than the real roasters. I Def agree. The lines still flow when the top is closed!

I saw this back in 03. Than it was ok. Now compared to the roadster it looks like poop.
