Default Caught someone breaking into the Z

So I hear a loud cracking noise outside and I go outside to fing two guys trying to steal my car. they hopped in a truck and hauled *** off. I am so mad right now. I just got done talking to the cops and they got a lot of prints so hopefully they will gethese *******s but I doubt it. So now I have to get up early to go get all the parts priced to fix my car. they tried to pry my doors open by pulling the plastic sills off above the doors and behind the doors. Tore all the rubber up around the window sills and busted and scratched up all the plastic around the doors. Man I am depressed now. Merry effing christmas to me.

At least you still have your car. I'd make sure it's in a well lit area even if you have to mount a flood/spot light in a secure location.

And they have civil courts in Texas last time I checked.

No car is worth serving time in jail for manslaughter. The police aren't allowed to shoot car thieves and neither are civilians. I always am amazed that someone would kill another person for breaking into their car.

I have caught a group of four people trying to break into my car once and I happened to be wearing a pistol at the time. The two closest to me turned to approach me and when they saw my pistol they spun on their heels and retreated saying something to the two others on the far side of my car to cause them to depart.

In most cases it's not wise to shoot someone over property. Fear for your life is another matter.

Might want to look into something like this:

http://www.greimex.com/greimex/product.htm

From the article/advertisement:

"In the status of Anti-Robbery, the high-voltage electric shock will start, on the whole surface of the Shocking Cushion and backrest generating high-voltage pulse to electrically shock the gangsters with the horn screaming. The voltage of the electric pulse power supply is over 50 KV."

Not the best English, but you get the point!

A couple of motion sensor lights might be a good idea. It would also be cool if you could hook up a light in the living room to come on when they did so it would look like you had gotten up to check.

Well, I live on a very well lit street. I also work nights right now and had only been home from work for like an hour so I am pretty sure this was a smash and grab procedure, nothing planned out. The cops said that they think they probably thought I had a targa top because it looked like they were trying to gain entry by busting the roof off of the car. Well all they managed to do was destroy all of the door rubber that seals the windows and bust all of the plastic up. They actually stole some of the plastic pieces. I just don't get it. lol. Well, I went utside and saw them. By thetime I realised what was actually going on, I ran inside and grabbed my keys and tried to chase them down to get licese plate number but they were gone. I talked to my insurance company this morning an they are going to take care of everything but of course I have to pay a deductable. Kind of wish they would have taken it. lol. At least if they made off with it I would have gotten an insurance payout and twenty grand from lojack. haha. No I really wish I could have caught up to those punks, it would have almost been worth it.

I bet $20 nothing comes of those prints.... half of the time it is too costly to even run them. Good luck with things.
