100,000 mile club
Reached the 100K milestone 2 weeks ago ... Bought my 03 Enthusiast from a buddy but have only put roughly 10K on her and she’s the best purchase that I have made in a very long time... lol.. typical issues here (window motors, clicking in the rear axle, low idle from time to time, clutch sounds like its mixing cement) looking to do some MODs here in the near future (if I can get my student loans taken care of) ... we shall see...
140,000 today. Only issues thus far have been known Z problems. ie; Incorrect gas gauge readings, fuel pump (no cranking), rear axle clicks. Still running strong.
New to the 100k club! '05 with a 103k miles only issues with the car have been changed thermometer on the car at like 50k, 2 rear calipers (same tire) and i need a 3rd right now on the same tire, and the O2 sensor just went bad. Other than that, very reliable.
I have an 03 G35 with just over 105000 miles. I hit 100000 on New Years eve. Problems I have had so far is O2 sensor (but I have test pipes), Have had some overheating issues for a while last summer, still have starting problems which I haven't figured out yet (not battery), but that all happened after I went FI....have had window motor issues and both door lock actuators have gone out (but I replaced them). Everything else is good....lol
dayum...my stomach turned when my '08 hit 36,000 today.
It's a well known fact that naturally aspirated engines get worn out over time, and can feel sufficiently laggy. Do any of you high-milers feel like your car is really slow, or is really negligible.

Misuse it and abuse it and well......
Good to know, I only get on it once or twice when I drive, never go to redline, and only do that in a straight line. This engine must be a hell of a lot better than I gave it credit for.
Mine is still running strong. I am about to change out all the fluids, replace the plugs, check for any leaks and beat on her for another 100k. I also have 08 shocks struts and springs that I will thrown on(as I have some lift time at my pops shop).
2003 enthusiast, 176,540 and counting. The car still feels pretty tight considering the mileage. I do feel it is a bit slower, but honestly not that bad. It's become my commuter car and I still love it as much as the day I bought it.
Maintain it and you should have no problems (other than maintenance) until well over 200k. Change the fluids when you should. It's a strong motor.
