No criticism from me. I think all of us have been inattentive: maybe one a week or once a month. Thank goodness other drivers are alert if I am not as focused as I should be.

Any accident where there has been an injury or a potential injury you need a lawyer to represent you.

I loved this car and always took great care of it. ****in heartbroken to see her like this.

What can I expect from Insurance..? Could it be saved? (Yes there was airbag deployment) Would it be worth it? Only had 14K miles on this car... Please, any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated with where I should go from here...

Sorry to see that happened. Amber told me about you and your Z. Glad you're alright for the most part.

Sorry for your loss. I'm glad that you -- and especially the lady that you hit -- are OK.

Here's the thing that sucks: all of the extra mods that you put into the car that were damaged in the collision will end up being a non-insured loss, unless you purchased a special insurance "rider" to cover the extra value of your modified Z. What you can expect from the insurance company is a check for the average value of a 2003 track with X miles on it, minus whatever they decide the value of the totaled wreck is (assuming that you want to keep the wreck and sell off what you can, to get some of your cash back).

One of the reasons that I was happy buying a Nismo 350Z was that all of the factory mods are covered by my "normal" insurance.

Good luck getting through all of the red tape -- I hope you get back to driving a Z soon.

let me guess... you were probably going through apalachee pkwy and capital circle or Monroe and Tennessee Street! Those are some serious intersections right there.
I wrecked out last week, so I feel your pain. I hope all is well!

Glad to see you made it through...that looks like a crazy collision. Look at it this way...now you have the chance to rebuild and maybe try some new things.

Your lucky nothing was coming to or through the windshield. Fiberglass doesnt bend like the metal ones do which protect that from occuring.

Any witnesses? It's going to be hard to prove that you ran a light if it's her word against yours with no witnesses.

Not really. Kinda tough to say you didn't run a light when you have no memory of the event.
