Good thing you are okay..but I wouldn't be worried about your car. I would be more worried about the lawsuit that is coming your way - I hope you (or your parents) have damn good insurance.

Most city intersections have cameras that will snap a picture when you run a red light... so there could possibly be a picture proving who caused the wreck...

people never take intersections seriously enough.... green light means fly on through and yellow light means floor it (both false statements).....god forbid anyone enter the intersection by accident....

the large majority of accidents are avoidable.... i've avoided countless wrecks because other people weren't paying attention.... had I not been paying attention it still would have been their fault on paper.... but in my eyes I would have been equally at fault for not paying attention to the no-driving retards surrounding me...

I'm glad that you did not kill her.

Vehicles can be repaired and replaced.

Wow, sorry for your loss bud, I'm sure its been heartbreaking. Here, on me

Be glad you dont have to live with killing someone for the rest of your life, and be glad you can still walk etc. That looked like a pretty nasty accident. Try n not dwell on it too long, I can tell you really loved your car. Dont blame yu, it was nice. Keep in mind, stressing out doesnt help anything, its detrimental. In our society, its easy to focus on the negative. The fact is, you find what you look for. Look for opportunities, you just may find some.

Good luck!

Update***

Thanks a lot guys for all the positive support, really have enjoyed being apart of this forum and learning so much.

Met with the adjuster today...total loss...offered me 24100! only paid 21500...plus im getting about 2k in audio equipment out of it, and the 3 good rims and tires....

**Side note, the ****ing tow truck dicks def. tried to rip my system out while they had it. But everything was professionally installed and I can tell they tried but gave up... ****ing ****** don't appreciate anything.

The one thing that really hurts tho is the dynamat...the ENTIRE car was done....no rattle...the guys who did it spent 10+ hours...im talkin the hatch, the entire back, the floor boards, the doors, the firewall...everything. sick install...and all for ****.

trying to decide between a g35, acura tl or another z, z would be my pick but insurance was already raping me ($300 a month) so i can only imagine what its going up to after this payout. I make good money, but a ****ing mortgage payment for a car just isnt going to work.... so only time will tell..thanks again guys for all the support.

Better luck in the future, OP.
