mmmmmK. With all the mods in your sig, you act like you baby the car. Stop being a hypocrite. You burn your clutch all the time...if you do have a 6 speed.

damn. .max tq comes way b4 redline. .HP takes over in the higher rpms and at RED LINE is where your ENGINE is at MAX POWER for HP. .
I think since you guys know he was doing a burnout you assume it was from that. Parts could be on there way out and the extra strain makes them break. In this case it was your 2nd set of axles. Common sense says you are messing with the car. I am sure legally if you have time you can argue and might get them replaced again with a warning saying you break them again you pay. I have only seen axles break from a car pushing 800whp on stock axles. If your stock and snaping them your doing something wrong, unless the stock 350z axles are weak! I doubt they are given the car is rated "sports car".

and yes its clearly abuse but it cant be proven they cant deny it. otherwise they will burn up in court. i am not confusing it with an aftermarket part causing problems its always the same. provie it or fix it.
we had similar problem with G35 where he claimed he was burning oil. then 2 days later someone videotapes him at an auto cross bouncing off the rev limiter. bye bye free engine

I agree this thread is retarded, but you're not really helping matters.

Breaking a part, especially more than once, that is essentially unbreakable under normal use, is in itself proof of abuse.

Although this kid has proven its not a Lemon its the drivers fault. They can;t prove otherwise, unless someone has PROOF.
