I know there is a thread(s) somewhere in here about turning off the passenger airbag but with all the hassles I cant find it and I cant search.

Could someone please tell me where it is?

I dont know which post you are looking for....but I think you need to have a switch installed to shut off the passenger side airbag. Check the problems/maintainance forum in the tsb post....I think their may be something in there.
