Default Help me decide what to do!

Ok, so here's the deal. I have about $500 right now and about $350 more every 2 weeks to spend on mods for the Z. Of course, I'm not going to spend every cent of it as I am still contemplating what else I should do. Here are a few options I was thinking about:

1. buy my friend's APS test pipes for $150
2. get the uprev tune after test pipes
2. save up for rims

Or what else do you guys think? Any little things here and there to make my Z look better too? I am going for performance and looks. Here's a picture of my Z for reference:

I think they would be too dark on an all black lowered car.

How about something with black spokes and a chrome lip?

Ya, I'm open to suggestions. But I do want black spokes. What do you have in mind?

I'm going to go against the flow here and say TP's and tune.

I like the later model stock rims just fine, they dont look as plasticy as the older ones do

You dont want to get a tune until you are done with your performance mods, otherwise you will have to get it retuned after additional upgrades

Ya I know, but after test pipes what else is there? Check my sig already got those. Because for the money...little performance mods here and there for very little hp gain just isn't worth that money.
