i think i have a good say in this because I have owned both cars. I first had the 06' Z for about a yr and then had the 04' S2000 for a few months.
350Z is definately faster and has way more torque and feels much safer through the corners and highspeed cruising. Now, there's a reason why i got rid of the S2k in only a few months. I got it as a daily driver and i have to say, s2k is not a daily driver, at least for me. It is as small as a car can get and feels like your stuck in a mini go cart, but overall i think s2k is much more fun to drive because it's just built that way.
As far as drivability, and in stop n go situation's, S2k is much easier and more fun to drive. The clutch engages much faster and easier and the gears are much closer together.
