I finally found a 350z Vin: JN1AZ34D14M100960 thats a good price and im pretty sure its a 04.5, it has knee pads on both sides of the center console, but is there some sort of free vin checking program? and is an extra warranty really worth it? like it costs the same as a new tranny so im kinda better off buying just a new tranny if i need it, but it doesnt seem to grind either and its at 40k km. I'm not sure if i should get this or if a 05 would be more reliable and have a longer warranty

 

I got an 03' and went with an extended warranty. If my transmission falls out they handle it pretty much.

as far as a FREE vin checking I am not sure.

 

Can I bring my car to nissan and extend the warranty there or is the warranty only through the car lot I bought it at?
