Default Just hit 90000!!!

Ok so I hit 90000 miles a few days ago. My questions are, what do I have to look forwards to? Will the Z still keep chuggin forever?! lol I keep up with my oil changes all the time and I dont really run 'er as hard as I used to since Im getting up there in the mileage. Am I babying her too soon? Or can I still work her like an illegal Mexican?

if you kept your car in good condition and always did the proper maintainence at the right intervals, you should be good. My friend is almost at 200k with his Z. no problems WHATSOEVER. nothing has been replaced besides his clutch at 160k miles.

I think people panic when they start hitting higher miles but in reality, you have a long way to go as long as it isn't abused. If your compression is good and no bent valves and stuff like that, should be good.

It will self-destruct at 100,000 miles. Nissan put a chip in it. Lots of people don't know that.

plus, it's not hard to swap engines on this car. Another reason to get a built engine.

I was thinking about doing this with some of the money I save up coming out of basic and my MOS training.

But I didnt want to just blow all my hard earned cash, can you finance through some places? Ive never done anything like that so I dunno

Does he live in NC as well? And if so, does he commute to Brazil?

yes, he lives in NC. He promotes his company and is a spokesperson for them. He travels across the US and Canada sometimes. His company pays for his gas 100% which i know has to cost a lot. I got to say, his rock chips are pretty extreme, but his interior and motor seems to be working perfectly.
