So you seem to have two threads going to help you buy a Z... tell us the five major pints you want to have with your car EX: color... will you be doing mods... what is the purpose for... weekend warrior or Daily Driver? salesman should be there to help you point and figure all of this out. if not, The Salesman is a D bag and does not deserve your business.

purpose: long distance drive once or twice a week alone to visit home
not looking to touch engine, but want every nismo toy but except the body kit my opinions only peace

The white is so good looking with Carbon Fibre accents.
I prefer a cloth interior cause i hate the stickiness of leather in the summer.
i usually talk to an avearage of 3 to five different salesman before i choose who to buy from. just because the D bag sales man is the first to jump out from the closest tree to sell me a car does not mean i am going to let sell me my car.
if you are going on long trips make sure you have Cruise Control.

 

These are all personal preferences....I researched the Z for like 6 months before I bought one, I suggest you do the same.

You keep saying you'll have a long distance drive. In a GT you get gear number 6 and cruise control. Same as having an AT at that point.

Unless your long distance drive is in heavy shitty traffic all the time, in a sea of red lights, MT will be a much better option.

To those who say let him decide, he doesn't know. He doesn't drive stick, obviously, and won't know what to expect just from a test drive. From experience, stick isn't bad, in any situation. When you get stuck in traffic, you'll learn what to do to make stick just as easy as AT.
