This thread has the wrong title, it should have been..

DEADLY car crash caused by street racing - stupidity

It doesn't matter what make or model car was involved. Those details could have been left out and it wouldn't have changed the cause or the result in any way.

Correct. The Z did not cause anything, the moron driving it did.

I hope the moron isn't a member on this board.

There's enough street racing retards here to make it plausible.

No, he has a warrant to be arrested after he's released from the hospital. Law enforcement cannot take him into custody if he's severely injured. By law, he is entitled to appropriate medical treatment (though most of us will think he doesn't deserve it). Once he is well enough to be released, they will use that "warrant", to take him into custody.

This part isn't directed at you Doug....but for anybody who thinks the military isn't doing their "job" in keeping their soldiers in check, by preventing them from street racing, are complete morons. It's not the military's job/responsibility to stop these guys from racing. Keep in mind they were probably off base and joy riding. These are "humans" we are talking about...who make their own decisions/choices. Just because they are in the military, doesn't mean they don't have personal feelings or preferences. These 2 idiots made a choice and I hope they pay dearly for what they did. This is a very sad and tragic story.

Bottom line is, high speed racing doesn't belong on public roads. Be an adult, use your head and take it to the track. Unfortunately, some people will never learn. Just my view/opinion.

Was the comment directed towards you? did you read the article? let me quote a good part for you, its actually the first paragraph of the article, can't miss it:

"El Paso police have arrested one of two Fort Bliss soldiers accused in a deadly two-car race on Interstate 10 that killed a passenger in a third car, which was not involved in the race."

its the 11th word counting from the beginning, just in case you missed it again.

I'm grateful for your service to this country, but it is okay to use your brain once in a while and realize that - hey... maybe when he said soldiers, he was referring to the people mentioned in the article.

I'm glad you can choose to comment on my thoughts on the incident instead of the important matter here (that two guys acting like fuktards killed an innocent person.) No no no, because me referring to the people involved by their occupation is obviously a bigger concern to you than the article posted.

Wait, should i have called them two "guys"? I wouldn't want you to think that I'm referring to you again.
