Default Following too close..

Well I didnt want to share negative stuff but wanted to warn people about this.... So here's what happened to me: I am in the left lane of the hwy where the speed limit is 70mph and the guy in front of me is doing 55mph. I inch up where I am 3 car lenghts behind him (not too close but enough to let him know I want to pass). After seeing me he decides not to let me pass. After about a mile w me still close behind, he throws some coins (or some metal objects out his sunroof) and it ends up chipping my front windshield. It took all the energy in the world for me not to drive up and knock him off the road....

Yes, today there are lots of drivers that are going slow in the left lane and having a 1/2 gap between them and the car in front of them.

I would have pulled out my gat and pumped 3 9mm rounds in his back window. He could have killed you and others so you felt like your life was in danger.

That guy has major issues with trying to be a traffic cop and a control freak. Good for you on controlling yourself. Sucks that this happened to you. I've heard about the coin toss before. It's dangerous if done to the wrong person.

Hmm, Can't you get his license plate # and report? ***** move but if you chose not to follow him home, this could be your only hope.

it's called pass him in the right lane and cut him off...

I never wait behind those idiots but I don't tailgate them, I just go around and get back into right lane after I pass

I would have followed him home... Requested his insurance information... If he refused to give it to me I would have called the cops, told them what happened and waited in front of him house til they got there...

I had soeone do that to me brfore when I was in mydodge and i had to try hard no to rear end him...
