Somehow I knew you'd be in FL...typical punks to be doing that stuff. I would have gotten the tag and called the cops as well, the problem with Florida (well problem in this case..) is that everyone's packing so if you try to act tough you can get shot pretty easily, no one likes to solve things with their fists anymore, its all about pulling guns..

I just think of the scene from Friday after reading your post.

...
Mr. Jones: Oh no, son, that's not how it is. You kids today are nothin' but punks, sissified, so quick to pick up a gun. You're scared to take an ***-whippin'. [holds up fists] This is what makes you a man. When I was growin' up, this was all the protection we needed. You win some, you lose some… but you live. You live to fight another day. Now you think you're a man with that gun in your hand, don't you?
Craig: I'm a man without it.
Mr. Jones: Put the gun down. C'mon, put up your dukes. Now you a man. Your uncle picked up a gun too. He had to find out the hard way. 22 years old. You've got a choice. Here's all you need. All right?

Haha, I feel the same way but I dont tailgate or get too close for fear of what happened to the OP. But once I see an opening I BLOW past the colostomy bag driving, make sure I cut the ***** off in expert fashion and just PRAY the gutless wonder chokes on his/her tongue and dies soon after. Yeah, slow in the passing lane is a peave of mine too.

Just for one minute think, if the guy in front had had to hit the pix really hard, you'd have written off your Z or even worse lost your life, because you were tailgating. I'm not condoning the guy throwing things out the window. Stop and think about your actions, and how they effect others around you.

I wouldn't consider 3 car distance tailgaiting...especially here in FL when as soon as there's more than a 2 car distance, some asshat is going to cut in front of you and reduce that to a 1 car distance

That's an awesome idea. We should start a petition.

i agree man especially when theres a little more traffic here if you get more then two cars just like you said somebody will end up cutting you off etc. If theres not any traffic ive stayed behind somebody on their *** for about 5 minutes. Finally i went around got in front of them and slowed down to the min. speed on the highway 45 here. He got over to try to pass and i got over he got over again i sped up and got in front of him. Finally after him flipping me off flashing his lights etc. i cruised on but made my point valid .

That sucks man. I'm in S.Fla and I know how it is. More often than not I just have to deal with it to avoid any stupid things like this. Change lanes and pass, that what I always do.

yeah I definitely would have at least gotten the lp number if I were you, if not followed him until he stopped and told him he was paying for damage.
