Sorry to hear of this. No pics of damage to the house?

Take it to the best damn body shop you can find. Insurance company cannot dictate where you take it. The ones they usually recommend often do the work on the cheap and aren't worth it anyway.

3rd. YES. I am coming to Zdayz this year regaurdless if the car is fixed or even if i swap for something else with the extra insurance money.

Just talked to our insurance company, Horace Mann, and they said they dont cover loss of value due to an accident. So.... Anyone know if Geico covers this or do i need to get a lawyer.

If they do not cover it, tell them they can speak with your lawyer. They are obligated to pay for depreciation of value for your car, it was not your fault that their client fell asleep behind the wheel and crashed into your car(which can never be sold as not being in an accident causing you to get less money for it). Just let them know you will not settle for anything less. Usually a car depreciates about 1-2 thousand if it has been in an accident(they should offer you somewhere in that price range).

You need a new door, a new wheel, 6-8 hours on the quarter, couple hours on the fender. Drop the front and rear bumpers, r&i the tail and head lights. Its repairable. Could have more damage if the reinforcement on the door was damaged. Prob around 5-7 grand.

The main thing im worried about is damage to the suspension and frame.

I drove it after to see if anything was shaky and the wheel was moved about 30 degrees to the right to go straight so something is bent.

you have no frame damage, the frame is set farther in, behind the suspension, it can not be damaged by a collision like that. It's possible to have suspension damage but unlikely, they should write for an alignment because there was contact with your wheel, but they'd have to take your wheel off to see.

The only state that recognizes Diminishment of Value is Georgia. So good luck, but it won't happen, and a lawyer will not change that.

A quick estimate from everyone hear would be great since the cop needs a rough estimate for the report and he aint too bright.
oh **** bru! Im sorry to see that damage... if it was in Canada they would probably charge at least 10k to fix that. I guess I shouldnt whine about my little scratches.
